A focused, governance-only engagement designed to help organisations:

• identify governance, oversight, and lifecycle gaps

• structure internal evidence for examination and review

The engagement is deliberately limited in scope and duration and does not assert compliance with any law, regulation, or standard.

• Definition of system identity and intent
• Documentation of agent boundaries and delegation pathways
• Governance gap identification (oversight, traceability, lifecycle discipline)
• Draft minimum evidence structure aligned with DaVinciA⁺
• Neutral governance readiness summary (internal use only)
